1,200 year old olive tree (Casabermeja, Spain) 🇪🇸

In this clip, Andrew Schiestel visits an olivo (olive tree) in the Municipality of Casabermeja, Province of Málaga, Spain, believed to be at least 1,200 years in age. The tree is of an ancient uncategorized variety—known as a paleovariedad. (Filmed, February 10, 2021)

Annually its olives are milled into Extra Virgin Olive Oil at a local olive producer, Molino del Hortelano.
